I came across it while getting my oil changed a month ago and just now succeeded in posting it with the help of Dan. I know I have harangued on this topic before (see post 6/17/08, The Electoral College and Elections)... so when I saw this, I was relieved to know I'm not crazy all by myself. Then when I heard a program about "Super Delegates" I really got excited. I'm going to try to share some of that content too.
